 We can also assist you in the administration of estates where you might be an executor of a relative’s or friend’s Will. We can prepare an application for Probate or, for those situations where the deceased did not have a Will, an application for Letters of Administration. We can then assist with the distribution to beneficiaries, the transfer of assets, the payment of liabilities or in the administration of any ongoing trusts under a Will.
And for those situations where you feel you have been unfairly dealt with under the terms of a Will, we can advise you as to whether you may have a claim against the estate under the Family Provision Act 1982 and the Succession Act 2009.
